1. Creamy Mushroom Soup

(i) 500 gm mushroom

(ii) 1.5 tablespoons olive oil

(iii) 2 minced garlic cloves

(iv) 4 theme springs

(v) Salt and ground black pepper

(vi) 1.5 tablespoons unsalted butter

(vii) ½ large onion

(viii) 2 teaspoon of all purpose flour

(ix) 2 teaspoon of dry white wine

(x) 2.5 cups of chicken stock

(xi) 1 bay leave

(xii) 2 teaspoon of heavy cream


(a) Take a baking sheet and place mushrooms on it. Add some minced garlic, 2 theme springs, olive oil, salt & pepper for taste. Now gently combine them.

(b) Start & set oven to 200 °C.

(c) Place the mushrooms in a layer into oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until browned and tender, stir once.

(d) Let them cool before chopping, set aside.

(e) Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion; cook until golden and caramelized. Add garlic, cook & stir for about 1 minute.

(f) Whisk in flour & stir in wine until lightly brown.

(g) Mix in chicken stock, remaining theme springs, bay leaves and add salt & black pepper for taste.

(h) Boil it on a slow heat for 15 minutes or until slightly reduce.

(i) Stir in mushrooms, cook for 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in heavy cream.

(j) Serve it warm.

2. Delicious Pumpkin Soup

(i) 3 teaspoon unsalted butter

(ii) 1 minced potato

(iii) 1 chopped onion

(iv) 3 1/2 cups chicken broth

(v) A can of pure pumpkin

(vi) Salt and ground black pepper

(vii) ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

(viii) 2 teaspoon of heavy cream


(a) Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion & potato for 5 minutes.

(b) Now add chicken broth, cover it & reduce heat, boil it for 10 to 15 minutes or cook until potato is tender.

(c) Stir in pure pumpkin. Make puree mixture using blender, then return to pot.

(d) Stir in salt, ground black pepper and nutmeg for taste.

(e) Increase heat & get the mixture to a boil.

(f) Mix in cream & cook thoroughly.

(g) Reduce the heat to low & cook for 5 minutes.

(h) Serve it warm.
