The health problems increase in summer. You can do some simple exercises to make your body fit. As we know it’s difficult to do the physical workout in the summer because the body temperature increase fast. In result the body gets sweat and problem of dehydration arise. We had brought out some simple exercises for you that are easy to do.
To do the push-up exercise lay down on the floor facing floor. Get the feet closer and position the arms straight positioned under your shoulders, make triceps closer to chest. Now push your body weight up and down with the help of your arms. At initial stage do 5-10 pushups in three sets each. You can also increase or decrease the number of pushups or sets as per your strength.
Plank is an exercise in which you have to lower your forearms to the floor, elbows positioned under the shoulders and your hands shoulders-width apart. Keep in mind that your arms would form a 90 degrees angle. Make a straight line from top of the head to the heels, looking down at the floor. Now, you have to tighten your abs and hold. In this exercise you just have to hold your body as much as you can and check the time with the help of timer. Do 2 to 3 sets as per your strength.
3. Bicycle Crunch
Bicycle crunch is a good exercise. This exercise is a best exercise for the abs. It not only effects usual abs but also the deep abs and helps toning your thighs. To do this exercise lies down on the floor with your lower back, knees bent, your feet should be on the floor and your hands are behind your head. Go through a bicycle pedal motion, bringing one knee up and touching the opposite elbow. Do it for the other side. Do 10 to 12 repetitions and 3 sets.
Skipping is the cardio and high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. First you have to buy a skipping rope from any store. Skipping gives a full body workout. It is a best exercise for muscle toning. It is helpful in improving the balance, footwork, agility and coordination. Skipping exercise is effective in burning more calories than any other exercise.
