In today’s era there are many types of exercises through which you can make your body fit. ‘LIIT’ is one of them. ‘LIIT’ stands for Low Intensity Interval Training. It is totally opposite to ‘HIIT’ i.e. High Intensity Interval Training. In ‘HIIT’ the focus is on the speed of the exercise but in ‘LIIT’ the speed of doing the exercise is slow but done with proper balance and accuracy. The result of ‘LIIT’ exercise is similar to the result of other exercises.
How to Do ‘LIIT’ Exercise?
This exercise is prepared of slow speed and more relax time. There should be a proper gap between the two exercises but speed should be slow. You can easily do this exercise on daily basis without using any gear. To start the ‘LIIT’ exercise you don’t need to do long warm-up. You can start the exercise after 3-4 minute walk or jogging.
Here we will tell you about the 4 exercises which you can do under ‘LIIT’ daily easily. Do exercise for 1 minute and take 2 minutes rest, then start the other exercise. Do the 3 repetitions of each exercise.
1. Up & Down Exercise
First of all open both the foot parallel to your back. Now slowly bend your knees and lay your hands straight toward downwards. Don’t bend your back. Keep it straight. Now touch the floor with your hand’s finger tips. Slowly return to your original position. Do the repetitions of this exercise for 1 minute.
2. Touch opposite Leg with Hand Exercise
Open both the foot 2 to 2.5 feet wide. Now touch your left foot with your right hand and keep the left hand straight above the head. Repeat this with the other side. Do the repetitions of this exercise for 1 minute.
3. One Leg Stand
Stand straight and place both the hands on your waist. Now uplift your right leg in a slow way and transfer the whole body weight on your left leg for 30 seconds. Repeat the same with the other side for 30 seconds.
4. Knee Strength
Take a mat; now lay down your body facing towards mat. Put your both hands on the mat a slightly wider than your shoulders width, the upper part of the body is on your hands and lower part of the body on your toes. Now slowly bend your right knee and place the right foot in between both the hands. Do the same with the left leg.
