When you sleep for less than 6 hours per night, your blood pressure increases. High blood pressure is not good for the cardiovascular system. It is also named as Hypertension. This can lead to the extent of stroke.

The brain sends signals to the other parts of the body. It needs a sufficient amount of sleep to work & send the signals properly.
