1. First Day of GM Diet Plan

First day is fruits day. Consume fiber enriched fruits as per following plan:-

Breakfast Consume 2 apples
Brunch Time Eat 2 – 3 slices of papaya
Lunch Have 2 – 3 slices of watermelon
Snacks after Lunch Eat a orange
Evening Consume a kiwi
Dinner Eat a apple


2. Second Day of GM Diet Plan

Second day is vegetables day. Consume only vegetables on second day as per the following plan:-

Breakfast Consume a boiled potato with a teaspoon low fat butter
Brunch Time Eat a bowl of fresh lettuce & spinach salad
Lunch Eat a bowl of mixed vegetable salad like onion, tomato, cucumber, radish, turnip, carrot
Snacks after Lunch Consume half bowl of boiled vegetable such as broccoli & bell pepper
Evening Have a bowl of cabbage & lettuce salad with a light dressing

3. Third Day of GM Diet Plan

4. Fourth Day of GM Diet Plan

Fourth day is banana day. Consume banana and milk as per the following plan:-

Breakfast Eat 2 regular size bananas
Brunch Time Have a glass of banana shake – ingredients are 1 banana, 1 glass milk & 1 teaspoon honey
Lunch Eat 2 regular size bananas
Snacks after Lunch Eat a small size banana

Dinner Eat 2 regular size bananas & drink a glass of milk

5. Fifth Day of GM Diet Plan

Fifth day is tomato day. You need to make high food intake 8 tomatoes, brown rice/ chicken/ fish (250 grams) as per the following plan:-

Breakfast Eat 2 regular size tomatoes
Brunch Time Have a cup tomato soup
Lunch Consume brown rice (250 grams) with a tomato
Snacks after Lunch Eat half bowl of mixed vegetables such as tomato, carrot & cucumber
Evening Drink a cup of tomato soup
Dinner Eat brown rice/chicken/ fish (250 grams) with a tomato

6. Sixth Day of GM Diet Plan

Sixth day is the day of mix vegetables, brown rice/ chicken/ fish (250 grams) as per below given plan:-

Breakfast Eat a bowl of boiled vegetables include broccoli, cabbage & carrot
Brunch Time Have a cup of vegetable soup
Lunch Consume brown rice/chicken/ fish (250 grams)
Snacks after Lunch Eat a cucumber
Evening Eat a bowl of salad of mix vegetables include carrot, radish, beetroot, tomato, spinach
Dinner Eat brown rice with a cup of vegetable soup

7. Seventh Day of GM Diet Plan

On seventh and last day of GM diet plan intake brown rice (250 grams), fruits, fruit juices & vegetables as per under given plan:-

Day Routine Diet Plan
Breakfast Eat 2 carrots with a glass of apple juice
Brunch Time Consume a kiwi
Lunch Eat brown rice with boiled vegetables and  a cup of vegetable soup
Snacks after Lunch Eat a regular size apple
Evening Have a glass of orange juice
Dinner Take a bowl of vegetable soup with boiled vegetables

Important Instructions:-

(i) Try to consume 1 glass of water before and after half an hour of every meal. Don’t drink water after eating watermelon.

(ii) Avoid intake of dairy products, high calorie foods & drinks. Eat banana only on fourth day of GM diet plan.

(iii) Don’t do any heavy exercise when you are following the GM diet plan. You can do the exercise only under the guidance of your trainer and can consult your doctor before doing any exercise. It is good to take a walk for 15 minutes in morning as well as in evening.
