  1. Choose an interesting topic related to health for your write up (you can also discuss with our editorial team for the topic)
  2. Create an original content of min. 400 words. Copy content will not be accepted. Apart from content you can also share useful infographics.
  3. Attach at least one related image (original) of min. size of 800px X 533px.
  4. Add only one contextual link in the content.
  5. Format it well and send it as a word document.
